Soul from the Belly is offering your first lesson free for all Middle Eastern Movement classes. Classes are not about bare bellies or practising to performance; they are a journey of self-connection and discovery that will boost confidence while getting a workout.
Core skills taught include posture, breathing, mindful and grounded walking, along with how to feel the music instead of think about what steps are next. Artistic Director Jess Milne encourages everyone to come along and have a try because you never know until you have a go!
Classes are every Monday at the Emperor Street Community Hall in Tin Can Bay, early session is 1pm-2pm and evening session runs from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Book your place by contacting Jess on 0411 218 254.
