Celly Jeal has been working at the office of Raine and Horne Tin Can Bay since last November as a property manager.

But Celly has a lot of knowledge and experience in the field through working as a property manager in Noosa and Melbourne for ten years prior to landing on the Cooloola Coast.

Celly said: “I have always dreamed of owning my own business and when I heard this franchise was coming up for sale, in this dream area, it was just a great alignment.

“I love this area because of the laid-back lifestyle, the people and the strong turnover of homes. It is a constant in sales and property management with a zero vacancy rate.

“We will be working all across the Cooloola Coast as there is so much happening and families are looking to move to the area. We have a waiting list of people wanting to buy in Rainbow Beach.

“My husband is a self employed electrician and we have three children; a 25-year-old son, a 13-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old son. The youngest are at school at Cooloola Christian College.

“We will definitely be keeping the Raine and Horne team together. There are five in the team and they are great to work with and have established relationships with owners, tenants and the locals.
