Little Athletics is Almost Here!
Did you hear, the 2022-23 Little Athletics season is almost here!
It’s that time of year again when budding athletes start jumping for joy, throwing their hands up in glee, and gearing up to run into the 2022-23 Little Athletics Season.
The Cooloola Coast Little Athletics Centre will be kicking off with a Come and Try Day at the Tin Can Bay P10 School Oval on Snapper Creek Road on Saturday 3 September at 2.30pm.
Come along and sample some throwing, jumping, and running events as well as strength and coordination training exercises. Little Athletics is a fun way to enjoy fitness in a non competitive environment as the aim is to increase your personal best.
Centre competitions are held to drive the participants to reach their potential and there are opportunities to compete at higher levels.
For those who are super keen to kick off the new season there will be a sign on day at the Tin Can Bay markets on Saturday 20 August from 9am to 11am. Find the CCLA tent over near the stage area.
The Centre can accept Fair Play vouchers to cover registration fees.
