Open Day for REVIVE OUR CREEKS!

coastcare nov 15Come along to an Open Day, Friday November 27, 2-3pm at TS2 – on showcase will be our local native wetland plants, afternoon tea is supplied, and you’ll hear more about the “Revive Our Creeks” project.

Cooloola Cove creeks need your help to combat invasive environmental weeds and grasses, and replace them with natives (pictured). Come along for some light exercise in the sunshine while helping our wetlands. Free morning tea supplied, each Friday 8-10am:

Visitors are welcome to join in to Seagrass Monitoring November 23 – 26 at various locations including Browns Gutter, Reef Islands, Poona and more! A special thank you to Tin Can Bay Fishing Club who assist us with marine transport.
