Knitting up a storm at QCWA

Great month for QCWA: busy knitting. Wool donations appreciated – big thank you for the bags of wool we have received during the month.
We are now starting to make poppies for Remembrance Day. And the hospital has asked for owls smaller than trauma teddies for babies to cuddle.
We have a knitted or crochet tea cosy competition for the CWA 100 year birthday coming up in August 2022. Please contact me if you would like to enter your creative or crazy tea cosy – they must be fully lined.
High Tea: October 12, 10am till 12 noon, raffles and door prizes. Bring your own best china, plate, cup and saucer – prize for best china set. Cathy House Tin Can Bay (tickets limited) – ring Judy 0402 769 392 to book. Proceeds towards QCWA Bursaries for Tin Can Bay school.
Diamond Painting Show: November 20 – ring Judy if interested for information.
Craft first and second Wednesdays of each month at 10am. Hoy third Wednesday of each month, 9.30am till 12 noon.
