Potential Parkrun in Tin Can Bay
Greg Garner and Dan Stewart are looking for a Parkrun crew – is that you?
Do you want to learn new skills and enhance your health and happiness in the great outdoors whilst making new friends, feeling part of your local community and improving your fitness?
Parkrun is a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate.
Parkrun takes place in over 400 locations in Australia along with events being held in 23 countries across five continents. Every Saturday morning walkers and runners participate over a set 5km course.
Would you like to see Parkrun in Tin Can Bay? For this to happen there needs to be a core group of people willing to be volunteers to help establish and then run the event in Tin Can Bay.
