Paper Deadlines for December
With Christmas around the corner, we’ll have to send the paper off the printer earlier than usual, so it is even more important to email your stories and photos by December 18. It will be a busy few weeks, so any items – please send in as early as you can. If you have an event after this date, please let us know in advance.
Advertising bookings also by December 18 for the jampacked January holiday edition. On top of all our usual delivery locations, we will be delivering to each house in Tin Can Bay and Cooloola Cove for January.
There are $1500 worth of reasons to enter the 2013 Cooloola Mitre 10 and Cooloola Cove Shopping Centre Cooloola Coast Christmas Lights Competition.

Entries close: 5pm December 9, 2013 (THAT”S TODAY)
Judging and Lights on: 10-13 December between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm (businesses – business hours)
Awards Presentation: Saturday December 14, Rainbow Beach Christmas Carols, Rainbow Beach Community Hall, 2013 (we’ll rotate this between the towns each year). Winners’ names will be published in the January Rainbow Beach Cooloola Coast Community News.
