Free YAP Holiday Fun

There’s no excuse to say “I’m bored” these school holidays. Enjoy some FREE family at the Emperor Street Community Hall with the Cooloola Coast Youth Activity Project!
All happening at 110 Emperor Street Tin Can Bay and activities will run from 9:30am to 11:30am.
These events are provided free however places are limited so bookings are required to secure your place. Please email cooloolacoastyap@gmail.com or call/text Jess Milne on 0411 218 254.
Please note that while these free activities are hosted by volunteers of the Cooloola Coast Youth Activity Project, they are unsupervised.

It’s that chocolate bunny time of year again so let’s celebrate Easter YAP style with craft, cooking, and maybe some egg hunting…
Get Onstage With YAP
Music @ the Markets in Tin Can Bay is a new initiative of Cooloola Coast Youth Activity Project to give kids a confidence development opportunity by performing onstage in a no pressure environment while contributing to community spirit.
Do you know a young one who can play an instrument or sing? Maybe recite a poem or break out a dance routine? If your little one is a firecracker that belongs onstage, well here’s a creative outlet!
No matter what they can do, YAP is keen to get youth in front of an audience to boost their self-esteem.
Stage will be open from 9am to about 11am and performances don’t need to be long. Don’t be afraid to have a go so contact YAP with your performance idea for the Tin Can Bay markets.

Not a kid but want to participate? YAP is also calling for any adult musicians to come along and belt out a few tune, or for those not ready to go live so they can join in by either rocking a shaker or having a dance. Or perhaps provide some backing music for a budding singer.
There also needs to be an audience so have a browse around the markets then pop over to the stage area and take a moment to support this project.
