We’re all smiles at TCBCAMS
Jessa has been turning out three two-piece sets of vivid white, sea green, and pumpkin orange chairs for your dining enjoyment!
Well, we’ve been having some fun lately at the Tin Can Bay Community & Men’s Shed with a surprise birthday party for our lovely Marie Briggs who is one of the regular Friday morning card playing group.
Husband Basil turned up to add some colour and romance to the morning and everyone enjoyed the wonderful ‘88’ double, double sponge cake organised by friend and fellow game player, Yvonne Santos.
Smiles also with our very talented Jessa Huckle who has been giving new life to some tired old kitchen chairs. Jessa has been sanding, priming and painting the chairs and they’re looking fabulous. Well done Jessa!! The finished chairs will be for sale at our next Shed Shop Sale Day on Saturday, 20 August if not sold prior.
And the workshop members are all smiles too with the arrival of our brand new, heavy duty bandsaw which has taken pride of place in the workshop.
