Prep the surfboards and pack the camping gear as Surfrider Foundation, Sunshine Coast branch, will host another epic long weekend on the beach, May 11, 12 and 13.
Literally hundreds of people will gather for the 60km beach clean-up from Noosa North Shore to Double Island Point and beyond.
Every six months, 200 to 300 volunteers pick up an average of two tonnes of rubbish and marine debris off the beach.
Alongside the educational presentations and activities, the event will also include a free BBQ, live music and an open mic, prizes, jam session by the campfire and with 4×4 and camping permits provided for all registered volunteers.
To register, visit www.surfrider.org.au or call Craig on 0434 587 756.
