Throughout 2018 many have been dealing with old scar tissue, old pain – muscular, skeletal, mentally, spiritually and physically. We are clearing out old wounds from old cycles, and 2018 was, and still is, a year to cut chords. Trauma from the past has been the highlight this year. Finding a way to release this past energy can be difficult if you don’t know how to surrender and heal.
We look at various symptoms below that occur if this body pain isn’t released.
Emotional pain: becomes muscular pain in the lower lumbar, hips, glut. Which can also interfere with the bladder and bowel, creating constipation and bacterial infections.
Lack of support also becomes back pain. Fear becomes leg pain or sciatica.
The upper areas shoulders, scapulae, trapezius are all the immediate areas that go into daily battles and routines – after time they need to be nurtured.
