New Fire Station for Rainbow Beach

Exciting news for the volunteer firefighters in Rainbow Beach with their new station house expected to be completed by late 2020.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) spokesperson said:

“Planning work continues on a new $2million facility to house auxiliary firefighters and SES at Rainbow Beach. Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) is currently reviewing concept designs for the facility, which will be located at 23-35 Rainbow Beach Road, Rainbow Beach. The facility is scheduled for completion in late 2020.”
