Local Nippers in State Championships

The last week of February we had four of our Nippers travel down to Alexandra Headland to compete in the 2022 QLD Youth Championships: Beanna Hoult, Bryce Hoult, Oliver Pratt and Sienna Arthur.

Each will be competing in their selected events which include Beach Sprints, Flags, Boards and Surf Race. Sienna will be heading down to defend her 2021 gold medal in Flags, let’s hope she will be able to do it again!

The kids have been training hard at Nippers each Sunday as well as some external beach sprint and flag training from Dave Arthur and we wish them all the best!
