Yes, it is finally here – the much anticipated 2022 Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic. Celebrating its 35th anniversary! You do not want to miss this.
After sadly having to be cancelled last-minute in 2021 (good old Covid restrictions) it is back bigger and better than ever.
With over $100,000 in cash and prizes you can see why it is one of the most anticipated annual fishing competitions in Queensland.
This event has four major classes of fishing – Beach, Reef, Jew, and Big Fish – providing offshore, inshore, and beach fishing to cater for people of all levels and experience
With an emphasis on family and community, the major prizes are based on participation rather than competitive spirit. And with a major drawn-down cash prize of $10,000 on offer you most certainly want to be in it to win it!
As always, there will be entertainment, food, trophies, special prize presentations, and of course the bar to celebrate all those catches.
