Immerse yourself in flavour during The Curated Plate
The inaugural Curated Plate Festival is a four-day food lovers dream and is being held across the Sunshine Coast region August 8 – 11, featuring some incredible food, locations and experiences.
If you would like to experience one of these events in your own backyard, three local businesses from the Gympie Cooloola region have been chosen to participate in the Curated Plate Series and they are:
Cooloola Berries who will be open from 8am Monday 5 to Sunday 18 August serving delicious sundaes, ploughmans lunches, strawberry cider and Paella in the Paddock on Sundays;
Rainbow Beach Horse Rides which includes a horse ride to the top of Mt Goomboorian where French Trained Chef Sean Seul will prepare a sensational long lunch with wines and is on from 8.30am Thursday 8 August;
Mary Valley Rattler will entertain from 4pm – 9pm Thursday 8 August with local Chefs Matt Golinski, Mark Johnson and James Barnden creating your five-course degustation journey.
