Hi all!

Cooloola Coast Pilates and Personal Training is happy to announce our new class offerings for this term and year.

On Mondays we will be back at the Rainbow Beach Community Hall with our Pilates Mat Class+ session from 8.45-10am and our popular Seniors Exercise Class from 10.15-11.15am. Both classes are open to new participants and our regular members look forward to welcoming newcomers.

Our seniors class is open to all and any level of fitness. From inactive to very active, we will teach and encourage you to improve your strength and mobility and reduce the risk of falls, improve balance and more.

Pilates Mat is a flowing session based on the Pilates exercise system and principles which guide the workout and give the exercises effectiveness and meaning. The session also includes basic functional movement training and trigger point self-release techniques. Bookings appreciated but not required.

The remainder of our sessions are based in our private Pilates studio which boasts a variety of Pilates equipment, including the Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair, balance, release and resistance training equipment and more. These sessions can be arranged as personal training privately or in a group throughout the week. .

You can get in touch with Sarah for more information, to make a booking or discuss where to start on 0432690194 or see our website or Facebook page for more info.
