Rainbow Beach Fitness and Aquatic Centre is expanding its classes.

The centre has had great attendance at the 5.30pm Thursday Hiit sessions, so much so Personal Trainer, Bec Arthur has added a 5.30pm Monday class!

“The new pump class will start at 5.30pm on Monday June 3,” said Bec. “Your first session is free so bring some friends to try it out!”

Now that the gym members can access the pool, from July there will be a whole new system and new prices. Great news is that there are more options – Membership (no classes), Membership unlimited classes and Senior membership.

“We’d love to invite all ages into the gym – from high school students to the older members in our community,” smiled Bec.

You qualify for the senior’s discount on presentation of your seniors card (not a pension card).

“I understand not everyone wants to join the gym, some people just want to do classes. So now you can purchase a gym membership or you can buy a new class pass.”

The Class Pass will help you save: 1 class is $10, 5 is $45, 10 is $85 and 20 is $170.

Remember, you may be able to claim your gym membership on your health fund – which is a great reminder as renewal is now due.

All new members – with yearly membership, will not need to renew until their contract ends. We encourage all other members to renew their membership and re-register their tags so that they can continue to enter the gym.

So come into the Gym at the Rainbow Beach Sports Club and say hello, “I’m really looking forward to seeing this gym up and running for a happy, healthy 2019!”
