Cooloola Coast Probus activities will resume this month after some cancellations due to Covid, but members have kept in touch informally.

14 March will see a new committee elected at our AGM to take the reins, and it is usual for a Probus Club president to change each year. This will be preceded by a normal monthly meeting and afternoon tea.

Our Tour Director is always interested in any suggestions from members as to where they want to go and bus trips to more distant locations may be taken as well as car-sharing to places of interest in the nearby areas of Gympie, Maryborough, and thereabouts.

On the third Monday of each month we gather for a morning tea at some local establishment.

In April we’ll join with other Probus Clubs from the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Gympie areas for an Ecumenical Service in Gympie and lunch together afterwards.

Probus Queensland has organised a 14 day tour in May: “Autumn Colours of Tasmania”.

Meetings are held on each second Monday of the month at 2.00pm at the Sandcastle Motel in Tin Can Bay and include a break for afternoon tea and a chat.
