Well, that’s what you get if you join the Tin Can Bay Community & Men’s Shed from 1 November 2021. $50 entitles you to 14 months membership (which includes learning, friendship and fun) for the price of 12 – that’s way less than $1 a week!!
Dedicated art, macrame, woodworking classes and game mornings are held during the week at set times, with impromptu games of chess, cards or rummikub springing up at any time.
And while some members are enjoying the social side, others are busy creating novel items for gift giving this year including bespoke Christmas decorations, hat hangers/racks, nut crackers, paintings, wine racks, spice racks, bowls and baskets etc.
Many bargains walked out the door last Sale Day and we’re doing it all again Saturday 20 November so come along to secure a unique gift for that someone special. You can use our EFTPOS facilities to buy gifts or pay for memberships too.
